Founded in March 2025, Just Help Me Foundation began with a clear purpose to serve India’s most vulnerable communities with dignity and compassion. Inspired by real-life struggles and systemic gaps, the foundation focuses on delivering free education, accessible healthcare, women’s empowerment, rural upliftment, and animal welfare, ensuring every individual has the tools to lead a better life.
In addition to on-ground service, the foundation actively runs anti-corruption awareness drives and environmental campaigns, promoting accountability and sustainability at every level. With transparency at its core, every initiative is designed to create long-term, community-led impact, building a more just, inclusive, and equal India for all.
The Just Help Me Foundation was born from the lived experiences of its founder, Mr. Ram, who witnessed deep-rooted poverty, discrimination, lack of education, and widespread corruption within his own community. Moved by these injustices, he envisioned an organization that would not offer charity but real change. On 7 March 2025, joined by Mr. Saini as Treasurer, he formally established the foundation at K-11, Old Gobind Pura Extn, Delhi, to serve those most in need with compassion and action.
Registered under 12AA, 80G, DARPAN, and governed by the Indian Trust Act, the foundation was built on the principles of transparency, equity, and impact. From the beginning, it committed to working across India, offering education, healthcare, women’s support, environmental action, and anti-corruption advocacy. Guided by the belief that real change comes through collective effort, the foundation continues to address India’s most urgent challenges with empathy and accountability.
Just Help Me Foundation is committed to creating lasting change across India by empowering marginalized communities through inclusive programs in education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, environmental protection, and anti-corruption advocacy. We work to eliminate poverty, discrimination, and inequality by making essential resources accessible, promoting transparency, and standing firmly for justice and dignity for all.

Mr. Ram is the visionary behind the Just Help Me Foundation. Inspired by a deep commitment to address systemic social challenges such as poverty, gender inequality, and corruption, he established the foundation to create lasting change across India. As President, Mr. Ram provides strategic direction, guiding the organization’s nationwide initiatives with compassion and resolve. His leadership ensures that the foundation remains true to its mission of uplifting marginalized communities, from launching educational programs to advocating for good governance. Under his guidance, the foundation was officially registered on 7 March 2025 at K-11, Old Gobind Pura Extn, Gali No. 6, Delhi 110051, India.
Mr. Saini serves as the Treasurer, overseeing the foundation’s financial management with a focus on transparency and accountability. His role ensures that all funds, including donations and grants, are utilized solely for the trust’s objectives, as mandated by the Indian Trust Act, 1882. Mr. Saini’s expertise helps maintain meticulous records of investments and disbursements, supporting the foundation’s commitment to ethical governance. He works closely with Mr. Ram to manage resources effectively, enabling impactful programs in education, health, and rural development. With a deep understanding of nonprofit finance, he ensures timely audits, compliance with legal frameworks, and smooth reporting to stakeholders.
