Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Just Help Me Foundation, we are committed to maintaining transparency and building lasting trust with our donors and supporters. This policy outlines the conditions under which donation refunds or cancellations will be considered. We request you to read it carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

Refund Eligibility

Donations made to Just Help Me Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we will review refund requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Error: Multiple or duplicate transactions were processed unintentionally due to a system or network issue.

  • Unauthorized Transaction: The donation was made without the donor’s knowledge or consent.

  • Incorrect Amount: The amount entered was significantly incorrect (for example, a zero was added by mistake).

Time Frame for Refund Requests and Processing

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the original donation date.

  • Requests submitted beyond this period may not be eligible for refund consideration.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of request approval.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, kindly email us at justhelpme543@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Date of donation

  • Donation amount

  • Transaction ID or receipt number

  • Reason for the refund request

We will verify and assess your request, and once validated, the refund will be initiated. Please note that refund timelines may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

Important: Refunds will not be issued if a tax exemption certificate (under 80G) has already been provided, unless the error was on the part of Just Help Me Foundation.

Cancellation Policy

Donors may cancel a donation within 2 days of making the payment.
To cancel a donation, please send an email to justhelpme543@gmail.com with the donation details, including transaction ID and date.

  • If the donation has not yet been allocated to a charitable project, a cancellation and refund may be approved.

  • If the donation has already been utilized or committed to a program, it may not be eligible for cancellation.

  • Approved cancellations will be processed within 14 business days.

Issuing of Donation Receipts

  • Donation receipts will be issued via email or postal mail, based on the preference selected during donation.

  • For any queries regarding receipts, please contact us during office hours.
