1. Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Please note: All donations made through https://just-helpme.org are non-refundable.

Once a donation is successfully processed and received, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Why donations are non-refundable:

2. Shipping Policy for Products/Gifts:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

3. Refund & Cancellation for Gift/Shop Products:

We aim to deliver high-quality products and service. Please review the below policy before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it – provided it hasn’t already been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel, contact our support team with your order details.

Refund Policy:

  • 7-Day Return Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving a product if it is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

  • Return Process: Contact support with order details and issue description. You may be asked to provide images or videos as proof.

  • Shipping for Returns: Return shipping is your responsibility unless the issue was our fault or the product was defective.

  • Refund Issuance: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days based on your payment provider.

Exceptions:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not offered for products you simply no longer want.

  • Damage Due to Misuse: Refunds will not be issued for items damaged by mishandling or negligence.
