User Account Security
Every user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, passwords, authentication devices, verification codes, security questions, recovery information, and any other authentication mechanisms used to access Foundation services.
Users shall immediately notify the Foundation upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, account misuse, identity theft, or other security incident affecting their accounts.

Spam, chain messages, unauthorized advertising, phishing attempts, unsolicited commercial communications, fraudulent fundraising, impersonation, misinformation, or communications intended to disrupt Foundation operations are strictly prohibited.
Social Media Usage
Users representing Just Help Me Foundation through social media shall conduct themselves responsibly and in a manner consistent with the Foundation’s mission, values, ethical standards, and public reputation.
Only individuals specifically authorized by the Foundation may issue official public statements, announcements, press releases, fundraising appeals, policy statements, legal communications, or other representations on behalf of the Foundation.

Financial Transactions

The Foundation reserves the right to detect, restrict, suspend, or permanently block automated activities that adversely affect system performance, user privacy, cybersecurity, operational integrity, or organizational resources.
Cybersecurity Requirements
Every user shares responsibility for protecting the Foundation’s digital environment. Users shall maintain updated operating systems, supported browsers, current security patches, antivirus protection where applicable, secure passwords, multi-factor authentication where required, secure internet connections, and other reasonable cybersecurity safeguards.
Users shall immediately report suspected phishing emails, malware infections, unauthorized system access, suspicious communications, fraudulent activities, cybersecurity incidents, technical vulnerabilities, accidental disclosures, or any other information security concern through the Foundation’s officially authorized reporting channels.
Failure to comply with cybersecurity requirements may result in restriction or termination of access privileges.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

Where any matter is specifically governed by another officially published policy, that policy shall prevail with respect to the relevant subject matter to the extent of any inconsistency.
Continuous Improvement
Just Help Me Foundation is committed to continuously strengthening the responsible use of its digital resources through periodic policy reviews, cybersecurity assessments, technological improvements, user education, compliance monitoring, governance reforms, audit activities, stakeholder feedback, and adoption of internationally recognized best practices.

Governing Law
This Universal Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Just Help Me Foundation is legally established and operates, together with all applicable laws relating to electronic communications, information technology, cybersecurity, privacy, consumer protection, nonprofit governance, electronic records, financial compliance, intellectual property, and digital transactions.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the invalid provision shall, wherever reasonably practicable, be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects the original intent of the Foundation while remaining legally enforceable.
Entire Agreement
This Universal Acceptable Use Policy forms an integral part of the Foundation’s legal, governance, compliance, cybersecurity, privacy, and operational framework. It shall be read together with the Foundation’s Universal Privacy Policy, Universal Terms and Conditions, Universal Disclaimer Policy, Universal Cookie Policy, Universal Data Protection Policy, Universal Information Security Policy, Universal Donation Policy, Universal Refund and Cancellation Policy, Universal Membership Policy, Universal Grievance Redressal Policy, Code of Conduct Policy, Social Media Policy, Employment Policy, Volunteer Policy, Vendor Management Policy, Records Retention Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Disaster Recovery Policy, and every other officially published policy governing the operations of Just Help Me Foundation.
Where any issue relating to acceptable use, cybersecurity, digital conduct, information security, privacy, or technology governance is specifically governed by another officially published policy, that policy shall prevail with respect to the relevant subject matter to the extent of any inconsistency.

The provisions of this Universal Acceptable Use Policy relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, cybersecurity, acceptable conduct, audit rights, monitoring, record retention, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, governing law, limitation of liability, indemnification, and every other provision which by its nature is intended to survive shall remain valid and enforceable even after termination of membership, employment, volunteer service, contractual engagement, closure of user accounts, suspension of digital access, deletion of user information where legally permissible, or cessation of any relationship with Just Help Me Foundation.
Final Legal Declaration
By accessing, browsing, registering, creating an account, applying for membership, making donations, submitting applications, participating in Foundation programs, volunteering, communicating with the Foundation, using membership services, accessing online portals, utilizing payment gateways, operating administrative systems, using cloud services, APIs, artificial intelligence services, digital verification systems, communication platforms, or otherwise interacting with any official website, domain, subdomain, mobile application, online portal, software platform, payment gateway, cloud-based service, API, employment portal, volunteer portal, award platform, membership platform, donation platform, or any future digital service owned, operated, managed, licensed, or officially authorized by Just Help Me Foundation (JHMF), you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accepted this Universal Acceptable Use Policy in its entirety.
